I have no heat deflectors but I have two cast iron griddles. I could either try to bank the fire up to one side and use the half moon, or build the fire as normal and use the rectangular one. In either case my stone would go on the grill grate. I am leaning towards the rectangle as the pizza stone slightly overhangs the half moon and will probably create a hotspot.

I’d put the rectangle cast iron on the grates, 1-1/2” spacers, I use threaded pipe fittings, pizza stone on top
