INGREDIENTS:
1 can (13.8 oz.) refrigerated pizza dough
1/2 cup pizza sauce
2 cups shredded Cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese blend
1/2 cup diced ham
1/3 cup thinly sliced onion (about 1 medium)
1/3 cup thinly sliced green bell pepper (about 1 small)
1 can (20 oz.) pineapple slices, drained
EASY STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Lightly spray a 12-inch round pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray. Unroll the dough onto the prepared pan. Press the dough to the edge of the pan.
2. Bake until the crust begins to brown around the edge, 6–8 minutes. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the baked crust.
3. Top with 1 cup cheese blend, the ham, onion, bell pepper and pineapple slices. Sprinkle evenly with the remaining cheese. Bake until the edge of the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted, 10–12 minutes.
