this is my favorite authentic chicken cutlets milanesa recipe from my favorite restaurant in Milano e chal we start with some organic thin sliced chicken cutlets flour egg wash lightly seasoned Italian breadcrumbs and we’ve got a little parsley and lemons to garnish with okay into the pan of olive oil and butter mix fry about 5 6 minutes each side until golden crispy okay we just gave them a turn and they’re nice and golden crispy on one side crispy fried chicken cutlets millanes are ready serve hot on a plate with a lemon wedge and garnish with some fresh parsley let’s take a bite wow
