I’m pretty new to being a barista, and I’ve been improving my milk steaming skills a lot. I’m consistently getting nice looking foam except for the fact that I’ll end up with annoying air bubbles pretty consistently. I tried changing my process a few different times today and still ended up with foam that looked like what’s pictured. When I look it up I get results that talk about the latte sitting out so the air rises to the top to form bubbles, but the image on this post was a fresh pour.
