Hello everyone,

I bought a new Lelit Bianca v3 last week but since I bought it I had a lot of problems. First of all the machine came with a broken wooden foot. I contacted the seller and they sent a new one not a big problem. But afterwards when I was trying to make a shot I saw that the flow paddle is not working. I again contacted the seller and while waiting for response I lowered the pump pressure to 9 bars by turning the OPV and started making standard shots. The shots were all over the place and I suspected that the water was flowing too fast from the group head so I tested the flow without the portafilter. In 20 seconds 463mls of water came from the machine! The espresso I make is quite bad right now and I can’t use the machine. My question is if I get a new flow rate control from the seller and completely change it will it solve both problems or are they not connected and I should just return this machine? You can see the non working flow control in the video.

Did you try to recalibrate the paddle by removing its knob and tightening the shaft?

Random guess but I wonder if the machine was dropped. Landed on the lower corner, breaking the foot, and also damaged at least one internal component.
