    these were decent, and absolutely huge (56 g each slice) and 9g protein per slice

    i thought they could be a bit better with some natural sweetener like banana instead of yogurt

    but i thought someone here might enjoy

    the recipe is there, it only makes 4 of these slices

    i’ll type it here

    – 1 egg

    – 80g greek yogurt

    – 30g almond milk

    – 20g protein powder

    – 20g flour (i used oat flour)

    – 10g cocoa powder

    – 20g granulated sweetener (this was too much, maybe use 12g – 1 tbsp)

    – 1 tsp baking powder, pinch salt

    – 14g chocolate chips (1 tbsp)

    baked 15 min or so

    i also made them with 1 banana instead of yogurt+milk and reduced sweetener to 12g (1 tbsp) and thought it was better for a bit more calories and less protein

    i don’t have pictures of those but was quite similar

    Gonna make this today and might sweeten it with the zero sugar Torani.
