welcome back to aunti A’s Kitchen last week we made a spanic oper sandwich and this week we’re going to be making a spanic oper baked potato wash your potato well stab some holes in it then cover with some salt then Place into your preheated oven 190c into a pan throw some chopped up Garlic spring onions and spinach season with nutmeg and pepper then cook until all the waters disappeared from the spinach place your cooked spinach into a bowl then add some chopped up dill mint and parsley and give everything a good mixx mix in some fet and some cream cheese and don’t forget to have a taste to check the flavors away you want them as soon as you take your crispy potatoes out of the oven cut them in half remove the soft potato and nothing’s going to go to waste as I’ll use the potato in a breakfast burrito in the morning next fill your crispy potato skins with your delicious Spano then Place back into your oven for about 10 minutes for the cheese to melt is all that’s left to do then is to enjoy your delicious spanic coper baked potato I like to eat this with a side of honey mustard and this just elevates the flavors even more

There's one little secret to make spanakopita filling. Of course you didn't used it… Also first time I listen to nutmeg for spanakopita. Otherwise it was cooked well. I'm Greek and this pie is traditional to us and to me personally one of the top 5 foods ever.
