    You kept it simple. Much better—especially for a first try—than half the shit posted here. People seem to think ramen is some kind of stew where you should just throw everything in your fridge in it. Simple is always better.

    Looks great! Keep making! I’ve been working on getting decent at ramen for 3 – 4 years. Some bowls are better than others but all are good! Can you tell me what the dark colored stuff toward the bottom of the bowl is? I can’t tell from the picture.
