new for a long long time even if you use it on a regular basis plus it’s good on all kinds of ranges too induction you can throw it on your barbecue look at my skin on salmon it dances in My Pan nothing is sticking skin on chicken it dances in My Pan I’ve got some sticky teriyaki sauce living around here here it is I don’t worry about it sticking because it’s completely non-stick so whether I’m doing eggs whether I’m doing cheesy Foods whether I’m searing steaks nothing is sticking I can cook with acidic ingredients I can really Break The Rules oh sorry I’m going high here C you need an apron we’re having too much fun I just need a fork you need a fork you’re kind of using the rules of cast iron but breaking the rules at the same same time we’re getting even heat look at this sticky Teriyaki is not sticking to the bottom of my pan skin on is not sticking to the Bottom of My Pan eggs are not sticking to the Bottom of My Pan it’s unbelievable and I’m still getting those benefits of cast ir and this is crazy to be able to take a fork and not worry about you know don’t worry about anything nothing’s ceramic is pretty amazing ceramic really is a game changer and keep in mind it’s chemical free so none of the concerns of nonstick from the from the past and we all know the stories this is a whole new world and I can’t wait for you to try this this is a sale price by the way on a new school ceramic non-stick with my middle layer of diamond I don’t worry about cleanup I don’t worry about stickage eggs cheesy Foods sauces wines you’re breaking the rules but you’re still getting fit on our Big 4 and 1/2 C brazer so it’s really cool this is also wonderful for something as simple as reheating something in the microwave tomato soup in the microwave if it splatters you put that lid on there reheat your leftovers store things in the fridge it’s really great and last but not least the splatter guard folds Down Start in your drawer cool so there’s black and there’s red there it is 854 329 we also have these really we were showing you that oil dispenser could be used for vinegar um as a matter of fact you you can do this in either black or red and these are so cool do you see how you like you just kind of pump this to be able to get a full teaspoon or a tablespoon and it it dials it up for you and then you’ll just pour it off this is a better example cuz it’s full of oil here’s full of olive oil you press down and you can see that I got an exact measure of how many teaspoons or tablespoons of oil now why is this important a lot of us free pour our oil thank hey no big and now if I want my pepper r for r r for r and I get in with the pepper and I’m doing my salt and pepper one-handed it’s freshly cracked and I can keep cooking you saw when I had my cast iron going I didn’t have to stop the process and get the pepper and crack and get the salt I’m just going for it by way you get an extra chamber as well so if you wanted to fill the other one with like I see Mustard Seed this could be like an everything everything Bagels situation exactly so you’ve got an extra chamber so you don’t have to take a whole you know the space of a whole another Mill and this creative and again you get both of them and it comes with the lid so one of them can live on your counter lid on they stay fresh I sold you the salt and pepper at the top and then I just took it out and now I’ve got my own little blend I don’t have to buy it pre-done and again left and right left and right so there’s the L there’s the L let me spice up my eggs a little I like that and then over here with my right with my sage salt I can dress up my capre salad with a little saage salt look at that my favorite salad of all time beautiful isn’t it that in a glass Chardonnay do that if you’ve got those dry herbs about to go in your fridge let them dry out put them with salts get your chili flakes but also listen Callie you can putet sweet things in there sugar cinnamon what I love about this unit is we’re so smart to make these out of ceramic so that they can take grinding of coar salts cinnamon sticks pepper corns without breaking down but also because they’re ceramic they don’t absorb odors and smells so I can go from sweet to Savory of course this is designed for salt and pepper but if you want to use the other half on a whim for cinnamon go for it put in your dishwasher and go back to sa that’s cool I was know that ceramic doesn’t corrode like salt it can easily corrode like salt on your roads up in Canada during the winter you know what I’m talking about I do guys if you can get this shot we also designed this so that you can go from coarse small to large up to you so the larger Circle means a big coar grind and if you want it super fine you just twist towards that way towards the smaller Circle and you get more fine so you’re controlling your spices you’re controlling how coarse or how fine and you’re doing it fresh and you’re doing it with one hand and you’re doing it one hand stiring with the other stirring with the other I’ll be cooking with these all day I mean go to town seasoning makes every obviously it’s the key to a great meal over seasoning is another problem and then the other thing is like who how do you grind up some of those like fennel seeds sometimes I mean what a morm testle don’t want to do that I don’t either I don’t want to do that look I really don’t and that’s why we don’t do it that’s why we gravitate to the boring pre-round fennel and pepper and salt you’re right salt and pepper the two most important ingredients in your kitchen and fresh should be fresh right really really good salt is so important I mean I I cringe when I see some of those you know pre those cheaper versions the ones that you see lower on the Shelf well you don’t want those because they’re not fresh and they have no Nuance you want sometimes a COR salt you want sometimes a fine salt you want to actually use those herbs that you got in your fridge chili flakes even chili the way I will TST my flakes fine and put those on salad there just for that little bit of kick so go fine go coarse go fine go course up to you but when you try the difference of pre-ground versus fresh you will never ever go back you don’t need a mortar imp pestle you don’t need by the way sometimes people use a coffee grinder you don’t need any of that you just need this it lives on your counter and so handy I think I have four in my kitchen two of the stove top two on the counter so I can bring to the table when we’re having dinner but yeah this is the key right here there’s the key and look how efficient it is look how much salt can come out and then I switch buttons there’s my chili flake blend with my garlic salt dehydrated onion I’d love to do this on veggies to make them exciting if you are bored of chicken breast which I know you’re out there this is the way to do it isn’t that the truth right I don’t know if you can tell there that you know maybe it’s fresh fruit and vegetables maybe it’s leftovers maybe it’s some of these examples like a an avocado that you know those go bad in like 5 seconds once the air hits them y so out the air and then I click seal and it’s a great way to marinate and also to avoid oxidation buy things on sale take out the air put them in your freezer here you’re doing it all your vacuum ceiling your seiling you’re also doing it manually if you have something soft like a bagel which I’ll show you in a second and then you take that off and it’s completely sealed ready to go to your fridge or your freezer buy the meats while they’re on sale buy ground beef when you find it on sale use some fresh take the others freeze it remove the air this is a restaurant trick that we’ve used for years not just for SED cooking for marinating for preserving dry goods for preserving cheeses for freezing things it’s about stretching your dollar and letting your food last longer matters more than ever by the way these days more than ever price of food is so crazy expensive we all know that so even if it’s like I said saving leftovers and not letting the air get to it so it gets stale faster even such things as you’re going to see here to make food ahead of time and let that marinate in its own vacuum sealed pouch or when you get to such delicate things like fresh fruit like I always buy when is buy two get one free or buy one get one free I’m like load me up but I never get through all the fruits so you can even do the softer delicate fruits even if you’re just storing it in your fridge so here’s why I love it you put whatever you want your produce your cheese your avocados your proteins into a bag and then you put it right into this Reservoir here it’s as easy as this then close it up and press vacuum and then all that air now by the way if you press vac I can control how much or I can stop or go or Etc now here you’re going to see all that air get removed my strawberries last longer my asparagus my avocado my steaks all these things last longer and then I press seal to seal those strawberries and they’re saved from the air of that fridge to last long and they’re not squished you can see thank you for saying that this isn’t just about preserving food you want to also preserve the mouth experience the mouth feel the freshness all that stuff here’s another little hack about vacuum sealing I’m passionate about this because this is like my restaurant Life coming home yeah you’ve now got it completely sealed you click the seal button you can see here that line it will never leak it’ll never fall out it’s completely airtight and sealed what happens now if I want a couple fresh strawberries no problem I cut right below that line I take some out and then I put it back inal it you know what you else you can do is Seal things like important documents things that you want to protect in the event of Jew a flood or a hurricane or jewelry great idea silver things that you know once oxygen hits certain things they oxidize or they they overly ripen or they just go rotten so this is I love this again when things are on sale or you go to the big box stores or when they’re season yeah this is a great way you know what sometimes I’ll take corn put a couple knobs of butter some thyme sprigs or Rosemary leave it in your fridge it lasts longer produce protein breads all these different things by the way there’s the extra rolls it’s an extra three pack of the Food Bag rolls for this sealer um and you do get one and and they’re they’re as you can see they’re this wide and they’re 11 or 10 ft long but you can customiz the size and that’s why we love the roll I know I love this instead of of giving us giving you like well here’s four you know 10 four qu or here’s two one qu you can customize whatever size you need you could go fishing and put a big red snapper in there you think you’re going to catch one that big I like I’m an optimist here I was going to say a rack of ribs but you you really got the more skill than I do that’s for sure a snapper how about a bag of chips just click the seal button we always wrestle with keeping our chips or pretzels or whatever nice and fresh throw it in there this is why this unit by the way lives on my counter because I’m using it just to seal bags I’m using it just to keep food fresh look no clips that is so good no elastic even Clips don’t work they go stale they go stale for some reason right if I want more chips I cut below I take the chips I put it back just under seal so you can seal you can vacuum seal you can go manually so that you don’t crush your delicate foods like bagels and berries that I showed you this is a great way to marinate this is a great way to freeze your Foods this is a great way even in the fridge to make them last a little bit longer we all have felt the pain at the grocery store things are getting more expensive buy things on sale you know what else I do and I know this is like not the normal person CU I’m very not normal but um because we love to Camp I like to you know make things ahead of time and freeze not freeze dry them but to vacuum seal them because I can take more food and put more food in the cooler or the backpacks going primitive camping it’s a great idea canoeing less space less space if you got L fridge space oh what’s this oh we’ve got that what do I have there someone just presented me with an 8 in cast IR so I can remind everybody oh please do oh my gosh I love being in the kitchen with you this is just going to be a great day and I hope seal there they are your feta is not going bad so even things with moisture stay sealed and fresh air removed when I want my feta I cut right below it I take some out I reeal it and even that wet
