balsamic glaze roasted brussels sprouts now I team honey but I was recommended to add balsamic glaze as we talked about adding some sort of glaze really gets that crispiness that restaurants have in the roasted brussels sprouts so first I clean my brussels sprouts really good pull them back cut and I always like to add onion um add other nutrients and flavor and then some fresh garlic because you guys always asked me to add fresh garlic when roasting I love my avocado oil you can use olive oil make sure that’s covered and I go in with reduced sodium adobo garlic powder onion powder and smoked paprika you guys know that is my favorite basis when it comes to vegetables I really like to keep my seasonings kind of on the basic and then add something like a honey or balsamic glaze so the balsamic glaze is low sodium low calorie really good and affordable I purchased this at Trader Joe’s and then I mixed it all up and roasted on 400 degrees for about 30 minutes I forgot to add red crushed peppers when cooking but I added on top because you guys know we like a lot of spice
