RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
4 zucchini.
Salt.
Mix well.
Leave for 10 minutes.
2 red onions.
Olive oil.
Fry over medium heat.
1 carrot.
Fry over medium heat for 5 minutes.
2 paprikas.
Stir the vegetables from time to time.
7-8 mushrooms.
Salt. Black pepper.
Basil.
Mix well.
2 garlic.
Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
3 eggs.
Salt.
Milk 1.5 cups / 300 ml.
Olive oil 30 ml.
Flour 5 tablespoons.
Baking powder.
Mix everything thoroughly.
Dill.
Cheese.
Cook in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180°C (350°F).

  3. Made this last night. It never cooked through. In the oven for two hours and still not done. I used all organic everything too. What a waste. So disappointed.

  4. I have a strong dislike for zucchini and mushrooms, so no thank you. I also agree with another persons comment that there was way too much salt used.

  5. I made this yesterday and had seconds! The creamy sour cream sauce made it so delicious. I dunno if it's better than pizza… But definitely a healthier alternative. 💚 I'm making it again tonight

  6. Thank god for being able to 2x the speed. Otherwise so long. The added salt in the zucchini may be to get the water out. You can wash and paper dry them after soaking in the salted water to try and get rid of the salt.

  8. I diligently followed this recipe, and was eager to taste it. I DON't recommend this for two reasons: 1) an obscene amount of salt ruins the dish, and I only used half of what was called for 2) it is onion-heavy. Use one onion, not two. These two facts ruined the dish and I had no option than to throw it out.
    This should be called a vegetable quiche since that's more in line with what this is.
    You lost all credibility with me when you said you make this "three times a week." Are you a line cook? Otherwise I'm struggling to figure this out, especially since you make other recipes two or several times each week.
    I wish it worked out. I really tried.
