hey y’all first off I would like to say a big thank you to everyone we recently hit over 4,000 watch hours and we also are I think 111 subscribers away from reaching a th000 subscribers so I thank you all so very much and I truly truly appreciate it and if y’all like our Channel be sure and uh share it so hopefully we can reach that that is a pretty big accomplishment for a YouTuber are a content creator so thank you all so very much um another thing I changed this up um I got to thinking about it and I usually write this as dinners so I decided to change that plus it’s kind of harder to read the way that I had set it up before with my pages I just do this really cheap in a notebook so I decided hopefully to do that this way and hopefully it will be easier for y’all to read another thing um me and the editor were talking and we thought it would be really fun to add in some memes here so we thought we would do that so we’re going to give that a try I was rolling whenever we were discussing doing this and I think this will be really funny so I think we’re going to do that and the last new thing is I had seen on Walmart.com that they have this new section where uh you can look at recipes but they also have an ingredients list at uh at the end of the recipe and you can add every ingredient like down to the seasonings and you can add one thing or all things and it just looked super easy and helpful so um I think what I’m going to do is I’m going to give that a try so like my first week of meal ideas are going to be recipes that I found off of there and I’m going to give that a try and do like the Walmart grocery pickup thing and see if that works out um if it’s any easier or anything but uh this video is not sponsored by Walmart or anything anything if they would like to all my information’s in there but this is not it’s just something new I found that I thought might be helpful and wanted to pass that information along so um like I said the first I think seven recipes are from walmart.com uh so the first thing I seen that I thought would be good is it’s called a sheet pan it’s kind of a long long name here so we’re going to try and squeeze it all in sheet pan chicken thighs and if y’all haven’t used chicken thighs they are so good I think they they uh stay a lot more moist and I just really like chicken thighs and uh so we’re going to do that with an apple honey glaze and I’m going to abbreviate a little bit here so um I thought that sounded so good so we’re going to start off with that and for the veggies it’s kind of just got roasted vegetables already in it so we’re just going to do roasted veggies and it like I said it’s super simple it just adds everything to the cart for you the next one was an easy ground beef tamly casserole so this did look really really easy so um like I said I’m going to abbreviate here but that looked super easy and we are going to give that a try too and also I forgot to mention this is just like a guide for me I don’t like I don’t for sure have all of these meals these are more just like ideas and I have another page in my monthly setup where I uh write what we actually have that way if we have any leftovers I know how old they are so this is just kind of like a guide and I don’t like go 100% by this cuz sometimes life gets busy and you just can’t make some of these meals and have to just go back to your old tried andrue recipes that are fast and you know how to make okay so uh the next one I was thinking of trying is a crispy fish burger so we’ll do that and I may just go ahead and it just depends and get some buns since it’s just so easy with one click so we’ll just see I usually make all of our own homemade bread but life has been really busy here lately hopefully it settles down and I think we’re going to have that with fries hopefully it settles down a little bit we were really we had so many appointments and so many things going on last month plus trying to get all the Garden in so it was it was a crazy crazy month okay um the next thing is easy smothered pork chops notice a theme here we going with easy I am definitely looking for that after this crazy month that we’ve had so easy smothered pork chops and another thing um with pork chops if you are able to find pork loins on sale we usually can find that on sale several times a year and if you want you can just take the pork loin and cut it up and that is a really cheap way to get pork chop so that’s like a moneysaving idea that there and I think we’re going to have that with baked potatoes we have really been loving this we have found that as long as you can like prep ahead and just get it in the oven in enough a time they are super simple so um I’m going to have that a few times and we have all just been loving that and then I think we’re going to have this with cornbread as well that is a super fast uh bread to make then let’s see the next one is a super quick white chicken chili and I was thinking of doing this because we love to have um cornbread with our chili so I was thinking like a leftover we’d have that leftover and it would be super easy so super quick I guess that that is really easy it says super quick I guess we we were going we’re going for even quicker here I wonder if it’s just dump all the cans of stuff into there I I can’t remember I looked at so many recipes so they may even have just a can of chicken or something that would would really be super quick so chicken chili and then we’re going to write the left over cornbread here okay and then the next recipe I was thinking of trying is Korean style barbecue beef beef it’s what’s for dinner tonight so we have tried a lot of like Korean and Asian type uh recipes and really like that so we’re going to try this although we have whoops I spelled that wrong um we are have still haven’t figured out the barbecue beef uh like homemade so we’re going to see how this turns out and we are also I used to buy the stir fry rice like the reron stir fry rice and it’s kind of gotten expensive because we need several packages for our family so um i’ I’ve been looking at it and I think I’m going to just try and make this homemade I think it’s going to be pretty easy to figure it out so um we’re going to try and make homemade stir fry rice and um I usually use my peas from the garden in this I love to do that and uh we we sometimes have broccoli too if we don’t have the peas we’ll have that in it as well and then let’s see the last recipe from walmart.com is brown sugar salmon that sounded so good and we had got a lot of salmon on sale at one of our local local grocery stores they had an amazing deal on fish so we have got quite a bit of fish in the freezer and that’s great to use all that up and I think we’re going to have that with roasted asparagus hopefully that’s still decent enough I know it’s kind of at the end of the season so hopefully that’ll be good and whoops we’re just going to go with this here misspelled that okay and I think we’re g to have this I know it’s not on the recipe but we like to have bread with a lot of our meals and I have a recipe where I share our cheddar garlic biscuits and we’re going to do that okay try not go over too much all right so next up we’re just kind of going to go back to our normal like tried and true and a few new uh recipes here we are going to start off with um Robert’s barbecue pulled pork pork the other white meat this is so good I cannot spell today um we really love this and uh we do ours in a smoker we actually have a video showing how he does this he does amazing and I think we will have this on our pretzel bonds and then I think we’re going to do um some type let’s see I think we’re going to do potato wedges yeah we’ll do potato wedges here change it up a little bit and whenever we cook our pork and the smoker we always have a little bit of extra space so we’ll cook like our uh we have someone in the family that’s vegan so we do tofu and we also do um chicken leg quarters so we’re going to have that the next night hopefully I can fit this in here chicken leg quarters and what I think we’ll do on this one is we’ll just make some type of rolls and I think I’m going to take our Pandora recipe um one family member really really loves this bread and I think I’m just going to make it into rolls I haven’t made it in a while and they have been requesting this so I’m going to do that and I think we’re just going to have that with our mac and cheese and we make this homemade I’ve got a video of how we make our sauce also if I didn’t say I have a video on the Pandora as well and uh we’re also going to have that with green beans okay um after that um like I was saying before we have really been enjoying the baked potatoes cuz they are super super easy so I think we are going to incorporate that into some of our meals this month it’s kind of kind of just to change it up a little bit too some of the things that you normally have so we normally have tacos but we were thinking it might be fun to instead of have the tortilla just put everything on a baked potato so um we’re going to have I guess we’ll just do it here Mexican baked potatoes so we’re going to going to try that and see if we like that um this is like I said something new but we have been enjoying that so much I think we’re going to try that and another thing we were thinking is to make some salmon patties we have not had this in a really long time so I think that would be good and I think we’ll probably have that on our pretzel buns um we also have a recipe on this I’m going to try and fit this in here and what else what we was I thinking with that um oh yeah I was thinking of brown sugar carrots we really like that too so they’re super simple um if I can think to spell there we go brown sugar carrots okay um after that we have some uh apricot jam or jelly in the fridge that I noticed that needs to be used up so we were thinking of doing uh apricot glazed pork chops so we’re going to try that I don’t know if it’s going to be good but we really need to get that used up and need to free up a little bit of space in the fridge for that so that would be nice so we’re going to do pork chops and then um what were we thinking um I’m going to do some type of roll I’m not sure exactly what I’ll do we have like kind of three or four recipes that we really really like so I’ll probably just change it up that way we don’t feel like we’re eating the same thing all the time and then I think we’re going to do broccoli with that all right and then after that um we also have a recipe showing our easy chicken cordon blue so I think we’re going to make that next or as an option cuz I don’t know about y’all but it seems like I need more and more easy recipes nowadays and I know that there will be some point in this month where we’re going to be really busy with all of the Harvest in the garden that I need to take care of so uh let’s see for our sides we’re going to do pretzel buns that is my family’s favorite we I’ve tried lots and lots of different buns even after we’ve got our favorite ones and they all request this one so we keep coming back to that and to make it easy I make fries and um I don’t cook them I just like get them all prepped with the seasoning and everything and then I put them in a single layer and put them in the freezer and that’s kind of like our homemade fries that are super easy so I’m going to pull some of those out for this easy meal here the pretzel buns are a little bit harder but it really does that’s not a lot of handson time it just takes time to get the dough to rise and everything but I think it’s pretty easy and I love making bread so I don’t mind doing that uh after that we were thinking meatloaf that sounded good and also um we were thinking of having that with mashed taters and gravy let’s see yeah I think I’m going to set that there and then um what else yeah and rolls like I said there’s several different roll recipes so we’ll probably do that and you never know we may end up having some rolls left over if we if we configure this right to where we can kind of use the leftovers and it may work out great so it just depends on what we’ll actually end up doing another thing I was thinking like I said since we got all that fish on sale we would just do a simple baked fish so just just really simple and this is actually really fast too and I think what we’ll do with that is have mac and cheese and like I said I have a video showing how we make our sauce and everything um we’re going to do broccoli too I don’t know if we’ll put that in the mac and cheese or have it separate we kind of change it up and have it both ways and we’ll also do our cheddar garlic biscuits this is kind of like um the what is it Red Lobster biscuits we used to buy the packages and we started making it homemade and I like it so much better I found one bag we needed something easy one night and I found one bag in the back of the pantry and made it and I could not believe how much better the homemade one is than this so I really really love that recipe um another thing that’s pretty easy that we also have a recipe video on is pork aou sandwiches that is super easy I’m just going to go ahead and abbreviate there and like I said we will probably have that on our pretzel buns and again like I was saying if I can configure this right A lot of times whenever I make pretzel buns that’s enough of meals or enough of bread for two nights so if I can configure this right I can get it all to to work together so um let’s see so we got pretzel bonds and I think since it’s going to be like pretty easy I’m just going to pull another batch of fries from the freezer I do that with both uh regular potatoes and we have the Bard which are the orange sweet potatoes as well as the white sweet potatoes I had to take care of all the sweet potatoes because they were at the end of their life they last literally for us from like the end of October until um about the end of April so they just last in the kit in the kitchen I don’t like have a storage room or U any special like root seller or anything like that and they do amazing so I am really really happy but they were at the end of their life at the end of April so um I went ahead and made up a bunch of fries and potatoes and stuff like that with it so that we have all of that in the freezer I need to kind of get through some of that too so we can make space for things that are going in now like I’ll be harvesting peppers and things like that before too long okay so the next thing we’re going to do um is chicken Euros we love Euros so I’m going to put that down and um we are going to have that on pasas that’s our favorite way I’ve still yet to figure out how to make that really good so we probably will just buy it from the store cuz it is so good and soft I just love it um and then the taziki sauce um we have made this and uh We’ve made it homemade before and sometimes we can get it just right and sometimes we can’t so I’m not sure if we’re going to buy that in the store too probably just to make it easy and then I also make a Greek fry that is my favorite so we’ll probably have that with it as well uh next up is another recipe that we have on our channel it’s lasagna and it is so good and we always like to have this with our cheese stuffed or yeah cheese stuffed bread sticks so this is another recipe that we have on our Channel and it is so good the bread sticks um I like to my favorite way to do it is to make them the night before like start them the night before but if you can’t and have to make it the same day it’s still really good it just has even more flavor if you can start it the night before okay so the next thing we were thinking is fish tacos that’s something super simple so I think we’ll try that like I said we have a bunch of fish to use up and something we always end up doing every every month because most people in the family don’t eat breakfast so we like to have this for dinner is breakfast for dinner breakfast and our favorite way to do this is to have like um breakfast sandwiches on English muffins I always make this at least once a month and so many family members love this and actually um whenever I make this I like to make enough of these English muffins so we can freeze them after they’ve been baked and cooked on the stove top and everything they are super great in the freezer and are a great convenience meal you can use this like rolls and they certain family members that this is their most favorite bread ever so we like to keep stock of that in the freezer so just for convenience and everything uh we also like to have that with hash browns and orange juice so we’ll do that and have yall noticed how expensive orange juice has gotten I think that’s like double the price of what it was was like a year or two ago it is crazy how expensive it has gotten okay uh next up we were thinking of doing a roasted whole chicken so this is we’ll probably do this um at home I really like it I’ve done it before and actually we can fit it in our uh little air fryer and it turned out really good so I think we’re going to do that if not we can always go to the store and get like the rotisserie chicken and I think we’re just going to have that with mashed ters we try and fit all this in here um we’ll have that with green beans I’m going to just abbreviate and we’re also going to have this with biscuits and this is something else that I make at least one if not two batches of over the month and keep that in the freezer too cuz they are super easy just to pull out for a really fast side okay so next up we were thinking of doing Sloppy Joe’s just a classic easy meal and uh I think we’re going to do that with the baked potatoes and have it over the top just not like as a sandwich or anything we really thought that would be good to do this month and we would really enjoy it cuz we have been enjoying baked potatoes so much um next up I thought it would be easy to do something super simple that we haven’t had in a long time is buffalo chicken wraps and I think we’ll have that with salad um hopefully our lettuce still holds on usually in June when they really start to struggle but hopefully we’ll still have some lettuce left in the garden and can make a salad we may need to move this more up uh further into the beginning of the month because I don’t know if it’ll hold on till the end of June because we are already getting super super hot something else that I love that I haven’t had in a long time is seafood alfredo so I’m gonna put that down this is one of my favorite things Robert makes this so good and he he likes to buy the little cans of strimp that um in the grocery store and I think that just makes it even better so I really love that and something that I always love to make and I’ve actually been making this uh for like easy kind of brunch ideas for some of some family members is Kachi this is is another recipe that we have and it is super super good um I have pretty much perfected it to where it’s just as good as like the doughnut shops around here so um this is we’re going to do that and we’ll probably either do barbecue or ham and then we also do sausages with it too so I’m going to probably do that we also tried a few others last month too that turned out really good so I may just make a huge batch of the dough and make a whole lot of them that way we can put them in the Freer cuz they work really good just like Hot Pockets only tremendously better so I think we’re going to do that and we’ll just have that with friese generally whenever I make this I’ve kind of got a gap of time and I make like a big batch of that and can store whatever we don’t need for dinner in the freezer and have our convenience meal there um next up we were thinking to do chicken strips strips so we’ll do that and we’re just going to keep it super simple and and just have mashed ters this is another thing that I make I’ll just kind of do a big batch of it because you know you’ve got the same uh you got your pot your collander the mixer Bowl all that already in use so I’ll usually make several batches of this and this is another thing that I store in the freezer I know it’s really crazy what happens to it but it kind of acts like it isn’t going to come together and then in the end all of a sudden it does and it works out great but that’s something else I do we used to buy the little idahoan bags of different varieties of potatoes and it just kind of got expensive kind of like the reron stuff so we started making that homemade and it has been really really nice and super easy with just keeping it in the freezer um another thing with that I think we’re just going to go with green beans I still have yet to plant that in the garden and may not get to it I am going to uh I probably need to go to the farmers market or something because the bunnies usually always get to that and then also with that we’re going to have biscuits and then let’s see so after that we’re going to have loose hamburgers we have not had this in a long time and this is super good and let’s see so we’ll have that with uh pretzel [Music] buns okay and I think we’ll change it up and just have chips to make it super super easy uh next up we were thinking of doing fish pesto and I’ve still got some YY in the back we need to get through so we’re going to have it with that there we go hopefully I’m spelling that correctly and I think we will have this with our garlic and herb bubble bread um that sounded really good this is so so amazingly good I love this recipe so we’ll have it with that and then let’s see um another recipe that I have on our channel is is pizza roses and if you don’t want to make the Roses you could just use the pizza crust recipe it is really really good and that’s another thing that I make is like a super easy convenience meal that keep in the freezer for like an easy brunch or something um I just make pizza and just kind of make it almost like the uh School pizza sizes I just break it up I put it in a 9 by3 pan and make it super easy and store in the freezer so it’s like an easy meal but uh we we probably have pizza roses and hopefully we’ll have some lettuce and can make salad with that if not we can always get it from the store but I prefer the homemade lettuce it is so much better and let’s see I was thinking of doing cajun chicken so we’ll do that and whenever we have that we always have Cajun Rice and veggies so we’ll add that on here and the last thing that I think we might have is tater tot casserole it has been a long time for that too so I think we’ll do that and we’ll add all our veggies and everything into that so that’s our ideas of what we’re thinking for uh June mostly pretty simple not a ton of new recipes but I’m just I’m so worn out with putting in the garden and everything going on I’m just going to keep it super simple not a lot of new recipes this month except for all the Walmart ones I guess all of that I’m going to have a week busy week of meals there okay so now we’re going to move on to desserts and um we are going to do the Triple Berry uh what is it Triple Berry cream cheesecake I just recently put out a recipe for this and this is so so good so we’re going to probably do that again there are lots of berries coming on in the garden so we are super excited about that and going to take a full advantage of that as well as a berry short cake this is one of our favorites um we’re going to have that usually most people do strawberry shortcake but we found that you know you can you don’t have to just do strawberries you can do blueberries blackberries whatever whatever you got coming in or whatever’s in season and we also make a homemade whipped cream I also have a recipe video showing how to make that it’s actually a stabilized whipped cream which is really cool because so it don’t doesn’t M melt or anything like that so that’s great um let’s see we are getting a ton of blackberries at the moment and I was thinking it would be nice to have blackberry cobbler that is like my favorite blackberries and blackberry cobbler so we’ll do that and um I think we haven’t had one with the berries yet so I think something else we would like to have is some type of berry crisp so this may be all blueberries all blackberries a mixture we’ll just have to see we’re still getting a few strawberries but there are a bunch of flowers so we should be getting more of those in so that’s kind of why I’m mostly riding Berry because I don’t know what we’ll end up actually having whenever I make the recipe so something else that we’ve had that I have been craving that we haven’t had in a bit is a chocolate cobbler change it up a little bit then we’re having berries all the time so we’re going to do chocolate cobbler and let’s see something that I love to just have on hand is a snack especially like work hang out in the garden and you get hot you just want to come in and cool down and have a little light snack my favorite thing is energy balls they are so good and um it’s really easy to make you can like Whip It Up in like 5 minutes and just let it cool off in the fridge for a little while and they are super good and that’s like one of my favorite snacks especially in the summertime and uh we also had a request for a peach MBA so we’ll definitely have to get the peaches from um like the farmers market or the grocery store or something like that because our peach trees are not doing good but that is what I think we’re going to also I've watched the whole video and see lots of our faves there too. Our blackberries here in the Pacific Northwest don't ripen until late August/early September so I'm excited to do cobbers then.
