Was trying to make meringues but didn’t have a piper so I just spread it but it was too thin but I got good crispy flakes out of it that taste actually really great. Probably gonna use as a yogurt topping cus I like the texture a lot <3

Recipe is super simple:
– 56g egg white
– 25g erythritol (really based on preference on how sweet u want it)

whip up egg whites, add sweetener, spread on baking tray and bake at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes
