Homemade Burger is always good for lunch

    Here in Europe the commercial alternatives are either expensive (burger restaurants) or expensive *and* dogshit (fast food ; we don’t have the variety of, say, the US), so homemade burger every time! I have a favourite: Angus Beef, Melted Kashkaval Cheese, Bacon and Sweet Onion Mayo. That kills it at any brunch.
