Ingredients: 1 package of Knorr’s Vegetable mix 1 cup mayonnaise 1 8oz container of sour cream 1 package of frozen chopped spinach 1 can of water chestnuts Green Onion
I love this spinach dip we have been making it for years! I do have a question. What other recipes can you use this spinach dip in? We love eating it with toasted bread or chips but I'm wondering if you could maybe stuff this in a chicken breast and bake it? Or any other ideas? Let me know please and thanks so much for sharing this delicious recipe!
We all have our favorite variants of this recipe. Instead of water chestnuts I put in chopped artichoke hearts. Then add some lightly sauteed chopped mushrooms. instead of one cup of mayonnaise I go with 3/4 cup and 1/4 cup of peppercorn ranch dressing.
To drain: Place spinach into the middle of a clean tea/kitchen towel, a cloth one not paper. Bundle up the corners and twist the pocket of spinach until water stops pouring out.
I do this with shredded potatoes as well when making hashbrowns.

Do I have to use water chestnuts?
Love this.I used raw organic baby spinach….😋
I see your sour cream is Vegan….is this recipe Vegan if using that and vegan mayo? meaning, is the Knorr powdered mix vegan?

Finally, a real recipe! Thanks!
thank you!! been looking for a recipe that's close to the Tostito brand.. it's my favorite!!!
It's delicious! Thanks for the ingredients.
Knorr's own website says 16 oz. sour cream, not 8.
Looks good, can't wait to make it myself. Thanks
I've eaten this with hot sauce my whole life. Good with Fritos scoops, Triscuits, corn chips, but never used bread. Gonna have to try this.
Mind yelling: 16 OUNCES OF SOUR CREAM!!!!!! NOT 8!!!!! Look on Knorr's own website!!!!! https://www.knorr.com/us/en/recipes/knorr-spinach-dip.html#
This is even better with the dried leek soup. I don’t include water chestnuts. I sometimes add pimento.
