Looks fine to me.
Sometimes the new growth will come in looking pretty “crinkly” and with the new leaves curling a bit downwards, especially when they’re growing *really* fast (as they do in late spring). Peppers do much the same thing & it’s even more noticeable on them.

If they keep inverting and twisting its probably overwatering. Otherwise it’s like the other poster just said, some new growth comes in pretty clumped up
