2nd time in 30 days they’ve royally screwed up my box. I depend on these for my meal, this is the ONLY food in my house & it’s like they don’t even care. I can’t even get a refund in time to buy more food for this week. This bullshit was thrown in on TOP of everything, not even under the ice packs. Really?!?!?!

This is why I stopped my service with them. First order I got, the box had no insulation and had been traveling USPS all day. Called and got a refund and got a new box…same thing with that box lol. Never again.
