It’s one of my favs bcuz it’s quick and easy (like my mom; any Regular fans in here?l).

1 packet of oatmeal (I use the raisin, walnut & apples Kroger brand) 150 calories + 4g Protein (4g sugar)

2 medium eggs (cuz they’re on sale! 30 for like $3.50) 60 calories + 12G protein (6g each)

As toppings

1 T of Kroger sugar free strawberry preserve 10 calories

1 T of peanut butter 90 calories + 4g protein (2g sugar) (I just stick my fork in a little and then drizzle on my waffle)

I did add some chia seeds just to get a little extra fiber but it was prolly only 1 t & I didn’t count it. So maybe it’s really closer to 500 but with added goodness.

Helps curb my sweet tooth & I feel like I’m eating a waffle! Could totally add a 3rd egg for more protein. Would change the texture a little but I’ve done it before and enjoyed it. That would bump you up to 530 calories & 26 grams of protein tho.
