I know I know it's just a salad. But it was so good! And had some good protein 🙂
Lettuce and spinach from my garden, radish and cucumber, boiled egg, goat feta (I got the scraps from when they trim the wheel so very affordable) and dressing. It's just missing calmata olives and red onion

Instructions: chop up listed foods, use dressing of ur choice, shove in mouth
Aside from feta ( it’s a texture thing) I added leftover rotisserie chicken that was exactly my lunch. Changed it up with poppy seed dressing, you can only eat so much balsamic, Catalina, homemade Italian, and salsa ranch. The bowl made it more attractive, presentation is important.
