I‘ve tested several konjak products but never would they contain any carbs or carbs that high. How is this possible?

Couldn’t find a list of ingredients (can’t read them from the photo), but from what I found of other konjac noodles, the amount of carbs depends on what they use as a source of fiber. Look at that ingredient and you’ll probably find the culprit.
Also, if I’m reading the label correctly, this product has 3.5g carbs per serving with 0 fiber. That’s probably not good. Found one other brand that has 5g carbs per serving, but the info didn’t include how much of it was fiber.
All a bit confusing, you’re right on that. Nonetheless, I hope this helps a bit. =-)
