Had to fire up the old Pitboss today, smoked a couple chickens. With enough butter and herbs anything tastes good 🤣

Pass. I’m just not a fan of regular smoked chicken. Now make some chicken salad out of it and I can dig it.

This sub really does live up to the stereotype of a certain group avoiding seasoning at all costs.

I love the butter herb and spatchcock technique. I would have turned the temp up higher to get the skin crispy or darker. Other than that, seems like good work.

Pass. Skin doesn’t look crispy.

Pass… Looks a little under cooked in the pic with the brest sliced up. (Still pink on the lower right)

Skin looked alright and then just….disappeared? Wtf?

Did you season it?

Looks like you did them low-n-slow. Poultry comes out better if the grate temp is 325°~350°F. Skin will come out crispy while the inside will be succulent.
