BJ2 on sale today only at Home Depot. Good price. They offered this about a month ago and I stacked a 75 dollar coupon on top of this price. Also it came broken and got a another one shipped and they took another 10 percent off of that.

My only reservation is the stand. I’ll be putting my next grill in a mulch area. I’ve already seen a few complaints about the series 1 and 2 legs not being very supportive.
Anyone have their Kamado out in the grass or mulch?
Whatever you do, have this shipped to store and pick it up. Rent a Uhaul if you have to. I got in on this sale the first go around, and after 2 weeks in transit and a major runaround by the “final mile” frieght company it arrived with the lid shattered. HD processed the return, no problem, but I had to wait 2 more weeks for that to process because they had to pick it up and ship it back! The second one I had shipped to store. I figured if it had been broken I could have processed the return right away. Behold it was perfectly intact and the HD folks loaded it right into my truck no problem. Yeah, unloading it was a pain, but if you’re buying a 400lb grill, you’ll want to get used to that, lol.
