Cauliflower rice is an awesome food for keeping you full. Here I’m eating an entire 12 oz bag of it for 80 calories. The salad has Power Greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red bell pepper. I guess I should mention how awesome venison is also. It’s only 150 calories and 26.5 grams of protein per 100 g cooked. Here I’m having 133 g for 210 calories and 40 grams of protein. Goofy and long post haha
