The recipe couldn't be easier: Chop up your veggies and chicken, throw them in a pot with a bit oil and sear until the chicken is halfway cooked.

Then pour in ~200ml of water and let it simmer for 15 minutes.

Lastly add your curry cubes and stir until it's dissolved then let it simmer for another 5 minutes.

It's VERY satiating for 600 calories and yes, I could've made it even lower cal if I omitted the rice but curry just isn't the same without riceπŸ˜”
