    been wanting to post on here since I like seeing what others eat! i’ve lost 20ish lbs since january and i mainly focus on protein and fiber. not the most aesthetic meals, but p realistic!

    * overnight blueberry oats w/ pb and cocoa powder, wheat bran, and honey
    * 340 calories, 17g protein, 10g fiber
    * jicama w tajin
    * 63 calories, 1g protein, 8g fiber
    * chicken rice bowl w/ beans, avocado, and queso fresco
    * 433 calories, 35g protein, 8g fiber
    * plain skyr w/ honey
    * 155 calories, 16g protein
    * gorditas stuffed w/ eggs, potatoes, soy chorizo, and queso fresco
    * 510 calories, 23g protein, 6g fiber

    **total:** 1501 calories, 92g protein, 32g fiber
