Hi y’all!! Had a few people in my dms asking for new recipes and i’ve finally perfected a new obsession of mine: a tray of brownies for under 240 calories & 27 gram of protein. Those are the cals for the WHOLE THING, not just what is pictured (I was just hungry lol). Ever since I first started using this recipe I have made it pretty much every single day, so here goes ❤️
ingredients:
95g eggwhites
3g coconut flour
20g chocolate protein powder
15g-30g erythritol or sweetener of choice (I like mine to be quite sweet)
26g cacao powder, unsweetened
1 tsp baking powder
10g sugar free vanilla coffee syrup (sub vanilla extract)
20g sugar free syrup thick syrup of choice (i use callowfit salted caramel)
pinch of salt (optional)
55g mashed strawberries (hear me out)
directions:
mix all dry ingredients
microwave strawberries for about 1-1.5 min and mash them with a fork
add vanilla, syrup, eggwhites and mashed strawberries to the dry ingredients and mix again (i always mix by hand)
add to loaf pan (mine was about 22cm x 10 cm)
bake for 15 min until toothpick comes out dry or almost dry at 180C (dry-> cakey, almost dry -> fudgey)
