Easy Spinach Kale & Mushroom Quiche
Ingredients:
– 1 cup baby spinach
– 1 cup kale
– 1 cup King oyster mushrooms
– 1/4 red onion
– 3 cloves garlic
– 1 inch fresh ginger
– 1 tsp each: dried oregano, thyme & rosemary
– 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
– 1 tsp granulated garlic, nutmeg, salt & pepper
– 1/3 cup panko plain breadcrumbs
– 1/3 cup cream
– 2 tbls Parmesan cheese
– 6 fresh eggs.

enjoy this delicious Kish remove the kale leaves from the stems finally chop your spinach in your kale together the dyes your king oyster mushrooms grate your Ginger and your garlic great the onion add together all of your seasonings and your herbs together add your grated cheese add the Pano crumbs beat your eggs and cream together incorporate all the greens to the eggs mix well together spray a 10in bacon dish with avocado oil pour the mixture into the bacon bake a 350° oven for 20 to 25 minutes and check it with a toothpick if the toothpick comes out clean then it’s done enjoy this delicious Kish
