I’m assuming the gray dials are the main burner controls but I have no idea what the bronze one does? Is the far right one currently turned to full blast and turning counter clockwise decreases the heat? I’m confused because the second gray dial from the right only rotates 90 degrees

Grey are main. Red is sear station
Edit: the red knob should be moved to the right and the middle to the left. Red should sit between middle and right
Your red knob is in the wrong spot. Swap that red one for the grey one to the right.
Weber updated the sear section so you can only turn it on and not adjust it lower. I think it make sense but I have heard some complaints about that. Pretty sure that model is the same. Sear section will only turn on to its highest setting.
