Made a little batch of kimchi. Not really the traditional way, but I kinda like it. It’s better (in my opinion) then the one in stores.

Paste is with: onion, garlic, ginger, fish sauce, rice paste (and before I mixed it up I added gochugaru)

Our asian stores don’t have salted shrimps so I used a little more fish sauce.

What are your favorite ingredients for the paste?
