today we’re making risoto the right way okay so I don’t want to be the annoying guy but there’s risotto and then there’s rice with stuff they’re two different things they’re both delicious but rice with stuff will never be risotto okay so risotto 101 what do you need first thing is the broth it’s what’s going to give the flavor to the rizotto so it’s the most important thing make your own broth it’s pretty simple to do then there’s the grain of rice that you got to choose but honestly any short grain works I personally prefer to use a specific rice called carar then you need a base which is onion garlic and a pretty dry white wine so on Blanc really works well even though I use The Shard donate for this one so don’t tell anyone then you just got to have patience to do one Ladle of stock at a time then you can add any toppings you want or do them separately if you want it to be pretty finish with butter and Paro and enjoy sorry to all Italians
