Homemade gnocchi and homemade fresh basil pesto

    (you can freeze them if you make a lot like I did a while ago).

    For pesto I used my personal recipe that it’s a mix between sicilian and genovese pesto.

    60g of basil (my mother had just picked it from the pot in the balcony)

    20g pinenuts

    1 anchovy

    3 capers (since they are under salt I don’t add any salt)

    extravirgin olive oil (by feeling)

    parmigiano reggiano (by feeling)

    I blended everything with an immersion blender (I know technically it’s not pesto but it’s just as good)

    No garlic since I don’t like it.
