Here is a meal I have been eating in some form or another for a few months now in a diet program I am in. We are just given the info on how we should make our meals, but not given any strict guidelines. I have been losing weight and I like this meal so I just keep going with it.
Was wondering if anyone sees any major issues/concerns. Also wanted to share it with anyone that it might be of use for.
You might want to swap around ingredients just for a wider variety of micronutrients, do black beans or pinto beans instead of turkey, swap in spinach and peppers and onions for the veg, maybe make it as a burrito bowl with some rice or potatoes and add salsa. Omit the oil and add avocado instead
Strawberries are in season! I just bought a box, they’re just so much better than frozen
