I made the salted caramel
50g of sugar
15g Margarine
30-50g of lower fat sour cream
2g salt

Macros| 313kcals | C 30g | P 36g | F 5g
Ice cream
200g low fat yogurt
100g Cottage cheese
100ml milk
15g protein powder (this can be skipped and instead more milk can be added)
6g of caramel (mixed into the frozen mixture)

Mix in your desire amount of caramel manually to get the lovely swirls.
