Pizza looks much smaller than what it actually was. I don’t know why and went a little heavy on the cheese because I was absolutely starving (hadn’t eaten since breakfast which was a coffee and some biscuits).
Working on buying a dedicated pizza oven that can get up to 450-500C. For now I have to work with 280C.
