It’s pretty much impossible to overwater well drained tomatoes. My tomatoes have received over 3.5 inches of rain in less than 24 hours, and they will be fine, albeit in need of fertilizer.
A few notes:
I grow in straw bales, because my backyard is pretty much all gravel mixed into clay.
Everything is about a month behind the normal schedule for my location due to my spring travel plans. It will be fine, though.

Nice set up
Wow where did you get that cool arch ?
That looks fantastic. Please share a photo when the arch is covered in tomato vines and ripened tomatoes! Looks to be a wonderful harvest.
