I personally would leave them. Although I never pinch flowers or try to control the growth of my tomatoes. I just let them grow naturally 😄

Leave them. I have never in my life had a plant suffer because I didn’t pinch flowers. I believe that the wives tale came from us gardeners having a constant need to do something with our crops.

I pinch the first set of flowers to force vegative growth as a larger plant supports fruit better with more leaves and established roots.

I am at a loss for where the idea that you should pinch flowers came from. My tomatoes get 7 of 8 feet tall all by themselves and are covered with tomatoes.

Nope. Leave them. I never pinch tomato flowers. You’re just delaying your harvest then. Only time where I might do it if I have any before transplanting, but that has never happened to me.
