today we’re making Fat Leo do you want to make the fat with us yes yes when we talk about fatou it is our national salad it’s a very easy and simple salad but of course it have a lot of leaves and it’s honestly delicious what is the first step what my mom is saying is to use the tip of the white Thyme and the purse Lane because the tip is really flavorful and for the mint choose the small leaves so Mom approximately the lettuce when you want to chop it it have to be like 1 cm plus or minus so 2 cm 2 cm and the the Lebanese bread we bake it no oil nothing we just bake put it in the oven so 180° C around 3 minutes let say m by the way the fou pairs beautifully with them jedra of course another libanese dish the recipe and the top over there there I’m not sure so we’re adding Roman lettuce the porcelin the mint The Parsley the white thyme the chopped cucumber chopped tomatoes red reddish and five chopped green [Music] onion that is a sexy salad what do you think have you ever made fatou before leave me comments and let me know what is my mom saying that making the dressing is really essential it’s basically everything in the fat what we need in a jar we’re going to add some pom grenade molasses the lemon juice the salt the olive oil and Mom you were tell me as well that we can always add some apple vinegar right and using a great olive oil also plays a big role in making a great salad right Mom and yes of course the magic it is in the bread there’s a lot of people sometimes they make it fried bread my mom and I and my grandmother always used to make it with baked leonese bread on the top wow when making a fat It’s always important to use fresh creams and fresh vegetables in making a successful fat do you want to try the fat that we did I’m sure you guys going to love it I hope you enjoyed this simple libanese classic that you should definitely try at home we’ll see you very soon with another lianes recipe another Vlog I’m not sure and of of course do not forget to subscribe we’ll see you very soon m
