I love making these Garlic Butter Chicken Thighs. They are incredibly juicy, tender, and delicious! This recipe is a perfect boneless skinless chicken thighs dinner that can be prepared in just 30 minutes and can be paired with any side dish.

Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, pepper, and salt on both sides of chicken thighs. Heat oil in a skillet. When hot, put chicken thighs top side down. Sear it for 5 minutes undisturbed until golden and crispy. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove the chicken and keep aside, covered. Add minced garlic, cook until fragrant for about 20 seconds. Stir in the wine and let it reduce to half. Then stir in chicken stock. When stock comes to a boil, add cold cubes of butter. Add one part butter to the stock, keep stirring until all the butter has been incorporated. Add more butter, and keep stirring until it fully melts into the sauce. Mix lemon juice and italian seasoning. Add the seared chicken back to the pan along with any pan juice in the plate. Let it simmer for another 4-5 minutes until the sauce reduces further and the chicken thighs are fully cooked.

  1. Something to think about …. 1. Time necessary to build a crust 2. Softened crust due to sauce poured on top. Just something to think about.

  2. I made this. It was delicious. The only thing I changed was the cooking time for the thighs because they were really small. I also added just a little cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce so it could be used as a gravy over the mashed potatoes.
