Ghost Peppers are coming in! Fermenting most of these for a hot sauce, then I’ll use the strained mash as a squirrel repellant.

    Looking good! Something I like to do with the mash is to put it on parchment paper in a food dehydrator until bone dry. Then grind it into a fine powder and add to sea salt. Use on whatever. It’s bomb on popcorn.
