Prefacing this by saying that this is my first year growing anything. In February, a friend of mine gave me several seedlings germinated from peppers he grew last year and told me some were habaneros and some were reapers. I'm in zone 6b and these peppers have been outside for a few weeks now, but they're rather large already and they also do resemble bell peppers quite a bit.
Also, in the third image, are those light spots on the leaves when viewed from underneath indicative of a problem?

My experience with bell pepper plants is they are tall and have broad , dark leaves. I usually only get 4-5 fruits at a time. These plants are bushy with lots of small fruit which is common among hots.

For sure habaneros. Home grown ones are not only hotter and more flavorful than most grocery stores but they tend to be bigger in my experience. I saw in another comment you asked about pest damage, it does look like you have something munching on your leaves but doesn’t look too terribly serious I don’t see any signs of aphids, plant looks healthy. Search around your yard and house for some spiders, scoop them up and move them out to your plants. I relocate every spider I find if there are pests there they will make a home out of your plants and eat those bitches up.
I see a couple of comments very sure that they’re bell peppers, going to DM you my habanero harvest from last year that look identical to these but ripe because I can’t figure out how to add a pic to the comment.
