I also had a cup of coffee with half and half 🙂 Also the second picture is a mess but’s it’s just Greek yogurt, apples, and bananas lol. I should have gotten a bigger bowl.

    Tuna is a protein cheat code, honestly. Whenever I need something filling that’s mostly protein, I crack open a can or a chunk of tuna from the freezer. (Costco sells frozen single-portion tuna steaks.)
