Vegetable Fried Rice

Ingredients:

Cooked rice
Mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn, bell peppers)
Onion, diced
Garlic, minced
Soy sauce
Sesame oil
Ground black pepper
Green onions, chopped

Instructions:
Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent. Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender. Add cooked rice and soy sauce, stir-fry until well combined. Season with black pepper and garnish with green onions.
