[Music] hey guys welcome back to my Channel or welcome to my channel if you’re brand new this week I’m going to be showing you every single thing that I eat in a week as a university student I only go in 3 days a week so fortunately I do get the luxury of cooking myself meals so I think without further Ado let’s get on to breakfast so it’s currently Thursday it is 9 a.m. in the morning I’m going to be having some tofu scramble with sausages avocado toast wild rocket and yeah [Music] this looks so good bow up the te M normally I just use plain nutritional yeast but this like garlic and herb makes this so good [Music] oops [Music] okay so for lunch today I made myself a chickpea tahini wrap with some Greek salad on the side definitely not going to eat all of this I’m probably going to save this for lunch tomorrow like half of it [Music] so for dinner today I made myself some authentic Italian zucchini pasta this is so good if youve not tried it before please try it you will thank me good morning everyone so for breakfast today I made whole wheat Cheerio it’s not really Cheerios it’s these multigrain hoops from Aldi with strawberries and soy milk and then on the side I have a big glass of orange juice because I am going to school today and I literally don’t have any time to cook anything so I love having just cereal and orange juice to like keep me going and then I also packed to lunch as well today so yeah I love milk and strawberries it looks so aesthetic okay guys so for lunch today I made myself the leftover wraps and salad from yesterday don’t mind me I look awful right now it’s the end of the day my makeup is smudged but it’s Friday today and Friday is my cheat meal so this is a tradition that I’ve had since I lost weight almost a decade ago even though I’m not doing it now to like help me with weight loss I do it because it keeps me on track for healthy eating like the whole week I’ll eat really healthy and then on Fridays I get to look forward to like any meal that I want to eat and however much I want to eat so this week I’m not going to do anything fancy I just have some vegan nuggets fries and some spring rolls I’m going to just try to make like my own poutine with the fries so let’s make [Music] it and then on the side as well to drink I have this innocent pineapples bananas and coconut drink which is so good okay I’ll try it on its own first and then one of my favorite things to do I don’t know if this is gross but I love to dip my poutine into ketchup okay I can get on that okay I’m going to dip it in the ketchup that’s really that’s really good if you guys ever try poutine it has to be dipped in ketchup I’m sorry but if it’s not dipped and ketchup it’s just not the experience M my little vegan nugget I woke up really late today I was going to make something but I think I’m just going to have some cereal and orange juice again this [Music] morning it looks like dog food let me just eat my Kibbles and bits by the way I can’t stop thinking of that poutin that I made last night it was so good [Music] and then going to add some tahini [Music] sauce okay so for lunch today well guess honestly I feel like this is going to be my dinner it took me so long to make this because I actually burnt the sweet potatoes that I had to redo them over again usually when I burn things I still eat them cuz I’m like I don’t want to waste food they were so burnt they were like black so was like I’m going to have to make them again so I made myself a sweet potato bowl with sweet potatoes couscous broccoli stem spinach kidney beans and avocado and Tahini sauce the same sauce that we made the other day for the wraps [Music] M I think this is my favorite thing I’ve made in like a long time okay so I think that is going to be my lunch and dinner I am stuffed but not stuffed enough for dessert I actually was meaning to eat this yesterday for my cheap meal but I fell asleep right after the meal and I was so disappointed cuz I didn’t get to eat my Galaxy bar so this is a vegan Galaxy bar Galaxy bars are so good so milky maybe that’s why they call it Galaxy cuz it’s like the Milky Way so they made a vegan one so I’m so excited so let’s try it that’s so good [Music] good morning it’s Sunday and for breakfast I made myself some pancakes I love having pancakes on the weekend it just makes me feel like really cozy and like it brings back childhood memories you know and then on the side I have a big cup of almost overfilled vanilla coffee okay so it’s now lunchtime it’s actually at 2 : I fell asleep on the couch cuz I didn’t sleep well last night I didn’t feel like making anything so I just had this leftover bowl that I made from [Music] yesterday booty the J [Music] okay so for dinner today I made myself some bangers and mash which is a British delicacy if you’ve never had it before this is absolutely [Music] beautiful good morning guys I look so bad right now CU I woke up late I got to go to school today I got to leave in 4 minutes so this is literally what I’m having for breakfast two pieces of peanut butter toast just flatten it so I can eat it faster I’m just going to have to swallow it [Music] down I don’t if you can done with my face but I’ve had a very long day at school it’s now 6:00 so for dinner I just want something that’s really easy to make something that I can just throw into a pan or a pot in this case I’m going to be making some Thai coconut soup it’s one of the easiest and most delicious vegan meals you will try let’s make it [Music] M I just ate dinner I just took off my makeup and the very last thing we’re going to be eating today for this what I eat in a week video is dessert it’s numo cookie dough this stuff is so good I love it look at how cute oh my God okay guys I’m going to go finish this and I hope you guys enjoyed this week’s video and I’ll see you next week bye
