Ok, don't shoot me, but I'm still a little iffy on things that are worth making in bulk because half the time is actually too caloric for me (I have a super slow metabolism so rice and pasta is no bueno). I want to save money and eat decently, and I pretty much live off vegetables. Has anyone tried the dense bean salad stuff?     I have not tried this specific recipe. But I have made many nean salads recently because I switched to the Mediterranean diet and I have been pleasantly surprised at how satisfied I am at the end of a meal. I usually do a protein with a bean salad, grain side dish, and a mixed greens salad. So take that for what it is worth.
