This recipe comes with chorizo sausage as a protein, but I subbed ground beef. It also comes with spinach and chives as veggies, and a surprisingly hefty amount of white cheddar for the sauce.

I added onion powder and a bit more minced garlic to the beef seasonings, and baked it topped with a handful of shredded mozzarella and served with crispy shallots. Everyone really enjoyed it. Solid, easy weekday meal.
