Ingredients:
·tortillas
·eggs
·bacon
·butter
·cheddar/marble cheese
·mayo
·Siracha (linked below)

Instructions:
1) Fry bacon in a deep-dish pan. While waiting, crack open the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Mix them with a whisk.
2) Melt the butter in the pan and put in the eggs as soon as the pan is sizzling. Use a spatula and stir around the eggs until fully cooked. Finish cooking the bacon. Set both the bacon and eggs aside.
3) Grate the cheese and put aside.
4) Combine mayo and siracha for the sauce.
5) Heat up tortillas in the oven or individually on a skillet (for 10-15 sec).
6) To assemble the wraps, first spread the mayo-siracha sauce on the tortilla. Next, add the eggs, bacon, and cheese. Ensure you don’t overfill the wraps because you’ll be wrapping them.
7) Wrap the tortillas in a burrito-style and enjoy.
