I am slightly ashamed to share this because of my previous post, but I did not realize what an absurd amount of quark and yogurt I eat when viewed from an outside perspective. Anyway
Breakfast: Oatmeal with quark and raspberries
”Lunch”: Turkish yogurt and quark with raspberries and shredded coconut
Dinner: Greek salad, chicken, watermelon (from picadeli pick n mix salad bar) with… yogurt
Snack: Oatmeal with quark, raspberries and peanut butter
In my defense I threw in three pics of typical meals that are more balanced😅
Also I recently had jaw surgery so chewing is still kind of a challenge, so quark is a quick, no chew and high protein food :’)

Omg same, but with bog standard low fat Greek yogurt. My roommates make fun of me when I walk in the door with 4 tubs at a time. They don’t have any idea of the struggle lol

How do you get your oatmeal to be so smooth
I eat 1/4 of my calories from yogurt. I love it
ye that is a looooottt of yogurt. make sure you’re getting your nutrient intake. even if yogurt is yummy too much of anything is dangerous espeically if you’re in a calorie deficit and you’re depriving yourself of other nutrients
