I noticed it about three or four days ago, I keep these guys originally in tiny terracotta and bumped them into a new abode yesterday and saw black lines on only one pepper plant.. is it a disease?
They never go outside and have a grown light on them…
I'm watering lightly still since transplant shock too… No bugs found either

I don’t see issue
Looks like a little scar from sprouting. Sometimes new leaves get stuck trying to unfurl and leave a little spot. Like if you have a rubber band around your finger too tight it cuts off circulation. Something similar.
Just some mechanical damage. Nothing to worry about 👍
My guess is it got squashed between two pots. Source: have often accidentally caught pepper leafs between pots
