They said I couldn’t & shouldn’t cook on a solo stove … so I slapped some salt and pepper with garlic infused olive oil all over this little lamb and cooked over some kingsford hickory coals … cooked until blush inside – lucky for me my family hates lamb so I fat kidded out and ate the whole damn thing – I bought a rotisserie accessory for an 18” Weber and it fits perfect. Now I just need to find a 18” Weber lid –
