My partner and I are trail runners and have been doing meal prep.
We both love spices and rich flavors, and live in a "salt is spicy" kind of town :')…
I thought I'd share a banger recipe we've put into our rotation- red rice (inspired by arroz con gandules- incl. cumin, garlic granules, coriander, and cilantro), bbq chicken (you could sub tempeh to make it veggie/vegan), and cooked greens (paprika, soy sauce, and truffle salt not added to recipe page). Add a green olive stuffed with jalapeño and garlic and it's off to the races….
The first nutrition panel is the whole meal, 3-5 have the ingredients for individual items.
I'll share tofu palak paneer, shrimp fried quinoa, tuna casserole, and our burrito recipe soon!

What a portfolio of flavors and you even put an olive to make them start salivating.

You win.
Food with flavor and Cronometer, I have found my people
tofu palak paneer 🤤
I absolutely thought that was beef tartar with an egg yolk, and did not think that would hold up well to being meal prepped!
This looks fantastic, (now that I know what it is!)
